Description

This free online training program is about psychological health and safety in the workplace. The goal is to help you, as an employee, understand the 13 psychosocial workplace factors from the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and what you can do to help yourself and others in the workplace.

This program can be taken individually, or your employer can assign this course to employees. Although they can track completion, employers will not have access to individual responses.

This course is led by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Average time to complete this course is approximately 90 minutes.

Target Audience

This course is recommended for anyone interested in learning more about psychological health and safety at work.

Prerequisite

None.

Certificate of Completion

Upon completion of the course and passing a final, multiple-choice exam, learners will be able to print a certificate of completion.
