CCOHS has worked in partnership with the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum to develop this Substance Use at Work Info Sheet series.

These info sheets provide an overview of substance use in the trades, including addressing stigma; the responsibilities of employers in challenging stigma and reducing impairment; and effective strategies for supporting tradespeople.

These info sheets are ideal for both tradespeople and those who employ and work with them, including managers and supervisors, business owners, and anyone who wants to learn about substance use, and how to support those affected while fostering a healthy work environment.
